Sweeney McGann is pleased to announce the launch of the Firm's specialised Sport Law Department. The Department is headed by Shane O'Neill, Partner. Shane is an active member of the sporting community in the Mid-West and is a former Limerick & Na Piarsaigh Hurler. We have a long history of sucessfully acting for some of Limericks best known sporting clubs, organisations and sportsmen.
We offer clients an in-depth knowlege on all areas of Sports Law. We are experience in acting for large clubs, representation in disciplinary procedures and giving on-going advice. Our Sports Law Department has inevitable overlap with our specialised Licensing & Employment Law Teams.
