David practised in Dublin for a number of years prior to returning to his native Limerick.

He specialises in all litigation matters including commercial disputes, debt recovery, injunctive proceedings, personal injuries, medical negligence, professional negligence, misappropriation of funds and defamation proceedings.

David has extensive knowledge and has successfully represented clients in the Circuit Court, High Court, Commercial Court and Court of Appeal.
